With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience in a variety of North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida real estate markets, Joseph brings a great deal of knowledge and experience to IMPACT Real Estate Group. Joseph spent 2009 to 2015 working at Dizengoff Group, a family-owned real estate investment and development company based in Boca Raton, Florida. At Dizengoff, Joseph oversaw the acquisition, asset management, and disposition of a ~$100MM portfolio of residential condominiums, retail shopping centers, and commercial development land in the South Florida and Central Florida markets.

 

In 2015, Joseph decided to move on from Dizengoff Group, and along with some partners, created a real estate services and development company called TE Management. As a subsidiary of IMPACT Real Estate Group, TE Management owns a portfolio of commercial and residential properties located throughout the Southeastern United States. Joseph is a licensed broker in North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida specializing in commercial real estate brokerage, investment sales, and site selection services. Joseph has also received recognition as one of the "40 Under 40" in Greenville, SC for the year 2024.

Oliver joins IMPACT Real Estate Group with more than 20 years of real estate investment experience, having built a diversified portfolio of properties both regionally and internationally. With a strong background in business development, he has founded, acquired, and sold multiple companies across a range of industries. As a licensed real estate broker, Oliver focuses on the strategic growth and development of IMPACT Real Estate Group’s portfolio, with particular emphasis on research and marketing initiatives.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Florida and has lived in the Asheville area for over a decade, where he has owned and operated several businesses.

 

In addition to his role at IMPACT, Oliver is also an owner in TE Management, a subsidiary of IMPACT Real Estate Group. He is a licensed broker in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee, specializing in commercial properties, multifamily land, and redevelopment opportunities.

Jason comes to IMPACT Real Estate Group with over 10 years of business development experience and knowledge of the Western North Carolina market. Jason has direct sales experience in the home health care industry and has been associated with several successful medical supply companies with national and international reach. In 2018, Jason became a licensed North Carolina real estate broker with a focus on commercial and residential leasing and sales. Jason has also been involved in the research and development of multiple projects within IMPACT Real Estate Group’s portfolio.

 

Jason holds a Bachelor Degree in Business from Mars Hill University and an Associate Degree in Hospitality from Middlesex County College. Aside from real estate, Jason enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his wife and twin daughters.
